Shipping & Returns

All orders are processed & shipped within 3-5 business days of order date

You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. (Please check your spam mail)

    RETURNS:

    We do NOT offer refunds of any kind- ONLY STORE CREDIT
    (our products are limited and in high demand)
    Customer has 7 days from delivery date to return or exchange items

    We will exchange an item if you need a different size or if there was an order issue on our side

    Products must be unworn and in their original packaging, with tags still attached. We do not take back worn items. 

    Customer is responsible for all shipping costs 
    To begin a return, Email us at sunnydayshoppe@gmail.com with "return" in the subject line, your name, order number, reason for the return, and the item you are returning

    LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES:

    Sunny Day Shoppe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your tracking information indicates "Delivered” Sunny Day is not responsible for stolen or missing mail.  Please contact USPS (your local post office) with questions regarding these issues
